Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers refunds for RxBharat subscriptions, platform fees and related charges. We aim for fair, predictable handling of every request.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Free period: Features free during launch carry no charge; no refunds apply to free usage.

2.2 Monthly plans: Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial charge only. No pro-rated refunds for unused time.

2.3 Annual plans: Full refund within 30 days of purchase; pro-rated refunds thereafter based on unused whole months. Processing takes 10–14 business days.

3. Platform & Usage Fees

  • Notification credits (WhatsApp/SMS/email): unused credits are non-refundable but never expire; failed deliveries are auto-credited
  • Payment-gateway fees charged by processors (e.g., Razorpay) are non-refundable and are deducted from any refund
  • Telemedicine session fees: refundable if the session is cancelled before joining; not refundable once the consultation begins
  • Supply-chain orders: refundable before the distributor confirms fulfilment; not refundable after dispatch

4. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@rxbharat.app with your account email, transaction ID and reason. Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days; approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and may take 7–14 days to reflect depending on your bank. Refunds go to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable reports and digital products once accessed
  • Consumed API usage and delivered integration work
  • Completed consultations, training or onboarding sessions
  • Credential-verification fees once review has begun

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues resolve faster that way. Unnotified chargebacks may suspend the account and incur recovery fees (₹500–₹1,000).

7. Changes

We may modify this policy at any time; changes are effective on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
