All health data is stored in India on infrastructure operated by Odento Infolabs Pvt Ltd. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only providers you consult, pharmacies you share a prescription with, and labs you are referred to. Every access is logged in an immutable audit trail you can review.
Prescription share links are generated by patients, expire automatically, and can be revoked at any time. ABHA consent artefacts govern ABDM health-record exchange.
We do not sell health data, show advertising inside clinical records, or expose prescription content to unauthenticated endpoints.
Health records are retained per applicable medical-records law. You may request account deletion subject to mandatory retention periods.
